Ask for help.

Permission granted to not know it all,

anticipate every outcome,

be perfect at everything,

understand every system,

master every skill set,

have the time, 

energy or willingness to

do it all.

Admit you could use some support.
Acknowledge someone else’s expertise.

Let someone else take some responsibility.

Give others a chance to share their talents.

Asking for assistance from others,

and offering assistance when you can,
creates stronger relationships and better outcomes.
